  Go to this site to determine your residency status for college tuition purposes.  You will be granted in-state or out-of-state tuition rate status based on your answers to a series of questions.  Please read the questions carefully and answer them correctly otherwise you will likely be deemed as out-of-state.  If this occurs and you feel this determination is incorrect, there is an appeals process.  See the RDS website for more details.
